Before starting college, I took a gap to travel around Europe.
Key Stats:
- 22 Cities
- 10 flights
- 6 trains
- 4 bus rides
- Mistaken for being an Italian at least 3 times
- Somehow ended up eating in 5 different European Chinatowns
Highlights:
- Switzerland
- Boated on Lake Geneva
- Visited the Olympic HQ
- Accidentally went golfing with Gonzalve Bich (CEO of Bic) without knowing

- Italy
- Bucket list: Champions League game, saw Jude Bellingham score for Real Madrid against Napoli
- Met up with an old friend I haven’t seen in 4 years, he toured me around his country
- Started every morning with a proper Italian cappuccino
- Jet skied in the Mediterranean (thank you to the random stranger who offered us completely out of the blue)
- Ate at one of the cheapest Michelin star restaurants in the world (pizza place in Naples, highly recommend)
- Explored one of the oldest mummy museums
- Saw the Diego Maradona mural in Naples
- Watched Carlos Alcaraz play live in Turin
- Funny moment: locals kept assuming I was Italian at restaurants and taxi’s (all I understood was “ciao” before breaking the news in English)

- England
- Unplanned pit stop that became a "see London in 24 hours" challenge
- Reconnected with a long-lost cousin
- Visited Chelsea’s stadium (Go Blues!)
- Saw Big Ben and Buckingham Palace
- Grabbed food in Chinatown (and almost got sick)
